Non of the facilities that were included in my booking were available. There was mould over the walls. The landlord was very rude to me and made me feel very intimidated and uncomfortable. The landlord told me to make contact when I was at the property to direct me to my room but it took him 2hours to answer to me, leaving me waiting around in a strange place, cold and dark, 36weeks pregnant. The room the landlord put me in when he arrived was in a loft room, was tiny with no window and no ventilation, no TV, and even when he saw how far gone I was he said that doesn't matter and I had to climb on my hands and knees up the steepest stairs I have ever seen to the loft room.

    Everything! Wonderful hosts who met us with an ice cream and some other welcome goodies, and were helpful throughout our stay. Their cottage is in a beautiful quiet spot on a working farm, with no road noise and relaxing views - our family loved the horses etc. and the sunsets. Was spacious for our needs with two good-sized bedrooms, and well set up for small children with a stair gate and a guard on the log burner. We leave with great memories, will be recommending to people we know and would love to come back ourselves.

    Great location, peaceful but near to major roads for ease of travel. Friendly host. Room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Lovely shower with plenty of hot water. You can visit lots of places from here easily.

    Nice and quiet - lovley surroundings - a get away from it all - 2 night stay plenty long enough Founnd some local walks, and the Black Boy pub not too far away to walk too, and enjoy the canal Hosts made us feel very welcome We even saw the deer in the paddocks away from the stables

    Flat is just like the picture. I can't believe how cheap it was. Property was very quiet and managed to sleep without issues. Plenty of parking around the property. Good communication from host. Everything is new and all basic amenities available. Location is 6 minutes drive from all the good restaurants and breakfast bars. Definitely will stay again.

    breakfast was great , room was 100% clean, big with a great view over the garden, very quiet , fresh milk for tea, all sorts of little items that you wouldn't get in a hotel - eg - phone charger cables etc, very restful place to stay - great host
