Amazing experience! Couldn't have been any clearer or more comfortable. You are let in by a secure key coded door to a spotless kitchen with all the utilities you'd need for a night. The free bottled water, chocolate, tea bags and milk were a lovely touch. Place was absolutely spotless. A comfy bed with 2 puffed pillows and a blanket for the chiller nights. Great location to walk into Ipswich town centre and free parking too! Highly recommend.

    Lovely property with everything needed for our employees working away from home. Great location, everything well thought out for your stay, even going to the trouble of leaving bread, marmalade and tea & coffee etc so they had something for breakfast, extremely comfortable, ideal for parking & an absolutely lovely host. Would definitely book again when in the area.

    The hosts Roger and Jan are extremely friendly and most obliging. They run a very personal accomodation service. There is a wide choice of both cooked and non cooked food available at breakfast, which cannot be faulted. Roger and Jan's house is immaculate , as is the guest room and the bathroom.

    The location was great as it was directly on our route. The breakfast was exceptional with our hosts preparing it from a request form we completed on arrival. Our hosts Jan and Roger added a special touch to the breakfast table by having some of their Australian fluffy animals joining us making us feel right at home.
