A 6-minute walk from Perth city center and railway and bus stations, Woodlea has free WiFi, limited free parking, a guest lounge and modern bedrooms with fully stocked coffee/tea tray.

The owners were so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed full Scottish breakfast. Room was great...room 3...great use of space and closet, as well as small couch and 2 chairs. Shower was ok..hot water, but not a lot of pressure. Parking in lot a few steps away.

Location was good - walked to get dinner. Breakfast was included. They provided good parking options even tho we expected to have to park down the road. We arrived late and left early - perfect stop for that kind of trip. About $125 Canadian dollars for 1 night in early March 2025.

The owners were so welcoming & helpful in planning our day trips. The property is beautiful & house is decorated with lovely furnishings & stunning artwork. Breakfast was delicious & served in a glass enclosed room overlooking the garden & pond. Can’t recommend this place highly enough- book it!

    What's not to like? Beautiful house in a beautiful location, just a minute's walk from the banks of the river Tay, just so peaceful and picturesque. The house was spotless with everything you'd need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Susan is a great host, very responsive and so helpful. We didn't want to leave!

    The farm is a true gem. Our room was spacious and super comfortable. Owners are really kind and willing to make the hosts feeling at home. We did not have cooked breakfast as there are plenty of options and fresh fruit from the farm.

    Ideal location for travelling North or South on the A9. A lovely old farmhouse with a beautiful garden with safe and secure parking. Quiet and secluded. Despite some concerns about wi-fi it was fine in the twin room I stayed in. The room was spacious and full of character. Hostess was friendly and welcoming as was the retired sheepdog who guards the door.
