Very cosy and warm suite with everything included that we needed for a relaxing short stay. The area is very remote, quiet and offers very comfortable beds. The access to play fields and connecting countryside and woodland walks is ideal for small children and dog owners. The owners are very friendly and were very focussed on making sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Great value, room was just what I needed for the night ie bed, fridge and shower. Staff were great, breakfast was included but i only had a coffee and juice. Great Indian restaurant within easy walking distance, Morrisons Local there as well to stock up on essentials. Would stay again

    Everything was spot on! The attention to detail was amazing in this cozy place and the space is well thought out. The host was super responsive and helpful. The bus stop is literally around the corner to get you into Reading town in 10-15 minutes. I recommend this place and will book again!

    The apartment was excellent inside and very comfortable with everything we needed. Steam shower fabulous. A huge American style fridge/freezer with ice & chilled water at the touch of a button. There was only one bath towel supplied but a quick call to the host and more towels were delivered within 15 minutes. Very handy having an off licence & general store below us stocked with all essentials. Able to dine in with a decent bottle of wine & milk & biscuits ready for the morning cuppa!

    The location of the apartment within the grounds is situated just right, and gives you privacy, which is just what i was looking for. Comfort, quiet, excepts pets as i travel with my pup everywhere.
