Great location near a place we wanted to visit. Great recommendation for a local pub and great continental breakfast (all we wanted).
Located less than a 10-minute walk from the center of Exeter and a 20-minute drive from the Dartmoor National Park, it is next to the beautiful St Davids Church and cemetery.

Great stylish clean small single room ground floor .. Perfect peaceful location for all amenities for being in the centre of Exeter. Warm friendly host .. I would have given the room a 10 but I could hear a very low noise like a boiler working … wish I’d had ear plugs. It may not affect some people but I’m a light sleeper .. ! I would book there again though.

Lovely old house with a great view of the River Exe Richard and Ling are very welcoming and accommodating hosts. My bed was very comfortable and I slept well for the 3 nights I was there. I found my room cold (temp dipped to below zero) on my first night and they kindly gave me a space heater to use for my stay - which I then didn’t need to use b/c the weather got better. This is an old property and has single pane sash windows which mean there’s a bit of traffic/people noise - but this died down by 7pm -ish so no problem sleeping. There are steep steps to rooms but Richard was happy to help with luggage - but for those with any mobility issues this might be important to know.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Richard and Ling were great hosts and made me feel welcome from the start. Felt like they really went above and beyond what was expected. Food was great- would definitely stay here again.
A convenient spot. Very quiet. Comfortable. Exceptional breakfast. Plenty of choice. Hosts are great people, friendly, helpful. Given the opportunity would stay there again. Very good value for money.
Great location in quiet village just a few minutes from M5.
Room was, spacey. Great bar area and adjoining restaraunt with really good quality food. We had both evening meal and breakfast which we couldn't fault. Throw in very friendly staff this was a great place to stay with on site free parking.
Deepaller Farm is in a beautiful, peaceful and very calm and quiet location. The room we stayed in had a lovely big and comfortable bed and the view of the gardens, pond and surrounding farmland was gorgeous to wake up to. Sheila is a great host; very accommodating and friendly and she makes a fab breakfast!
The hosts were very friendly and gave recommendations on places to eat and see around the town. The breakfast was exceptional, especially the homemade jam. It is in a great location, in a quiet location but also in the centre of town. The shower and bathroom were great.
Bridge Guest House was a wonderful place to stay! I was delighted to have a room overlooking the river, and the venue was central to shops and restaurants. The homecooked breakfast was delicious and Ling and Richard were great hosts.
