Great value and lovely staff. The nice breakfast kept us going for hours. The location was excellent—close to the sea and the bus station. There were also nearby restaurants, so we didn’t need to head into the centre in the evening when we were tired. We really enjoyed our trip!

Great value for money in comparison to other accommodation in the area, staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good and is also in a great location on the harbour front. Would recommend the Italian restaurant as this is the same business which is underneath the accommodation.

Location was excellent - just outside the town centre but close enough to walk in, and right at a bus stop. Road was somewhat busy but the double glazing pretty much sorted that. Room was slightly dated as per other reviews but clean and spacious. Bed was large and comfy. Shower was hot and powerful - and unlike a lot of places that charge lots more, the towels were a great size. Entrance was secure but easy to use. Host instructions were timely and clear.

A beautiful elegant Hotel. Well decorated and very welcoming. Our room was very well positioned on the corner that allowed lots of light and stunning views of Queen Elizabeth castle and beyond.
