We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Dave and Lisa do an outstanding job. Our room had a fabulous view of the lake. We had a spacious, comfortable room. The room was contemporary decor with very nice linens and comfortable bed. Bathroom was large with a very modern shower. They have a large, comfortable dining room. You can even use it for a take away meal for lunch or dinner. They have a cooler available with beers, wines, water, and sodas. You pay for the drinks when you check out the next morning. Their breakfast offers an amazing bountiful buffet using electric servers to keep the foods hot. They offer tea/coffee service for each table. We were traveling for six weeks through England, Scotland, Ireland and Iceland and this by far was the best breakfast we had. The town of Ullapool is nearby and a very cute town and seaport. Thank you, Ardvreck House!

Absolutely beautiful accommodation rooms are amazing clean and comfortable. Charlie was an amazing host. We didn't have the breakfast as we were so tired on arrival as my wife and I had been up for 30 plus hours and traveled from the USA just wanted to catch up on sleep before heading for the ferry to Stornaway .We will definitely stay here again as we go to stornaway every year to see family

    The hosts Neil and Aidan were incredibly lovely and generous with their time and knowledge of the area. I felt very at home here, and the views at breakfast were glorious, overlooking Loch Broom. The room was simple but had everything I needed and the bed was comfortable, everything very clean. The guest house has an old-timey feel and is charming, the waiting staff are also lovely. Neil & Aidan made this trip such a magical one for me.

    In short the perfect B&B for a quick stay in Ullapool - Nadine is a wonderful host, I was worried I might be very late to check in but was constantly in touch with me and was kind enough to accomodate my request for a late check in - Great location, quiet and away from the busier centre of town. Very close to the river. - Comfortable bed and extremely clean rooms

    We liked the host , she was a local lady and very welcoming and charming . The house was beautifully located, quiet and spotlessly clean . The shower was excellent. The bed was comfortable, parking was easy off street . For the money, very good value . The best place we stayed in our Scottish trip . Best value for money .
