The Pear Tree offers accommodations in Hook Norton, 15 miles from Blenheim Palace and 18 miles from Walton Hall. This property offers access to darts, free private parking, and free Wifi.

Couldn't have been happier with the Pear Tree Inn. Located above a friendly pub in the picturesque, off-the-beaten-path Cotswolds village of Hook Norton, the clean room was comfortable and spacious, just a short walk from the village center. The pub was charming and soaked with atmosphere, and the staff and locals were warm and welcoming. There's also an outdoor area with picnic tables and ample space for kids to run around. Parking was available onsite, and there is nearby dining at the Hook Norton Brewery and the Sun Inn. The village has a store and a playground, an historic church, and lots of paths and lanes to explore.

Michelle was very welcoming. I particularly liked the vintage décor throughout the BnB which suits the building perfectly. I slept very well, followed by a great cooked breakfast. Thank you :)
