A lovely and serene homestay on the outskirts of dartlo village. Mari is a great hostess, taking care of everything and preparing really special and tasty meals. The common area including the garden is calm and inviting. Rooms are a bit small and very basic but it didn’t bother me since anyway i spent most of my time outside. Overall a great experience…

Magnificent location, staff hospitality is beyond expectations. Breakfast and dinner are of "eat to death" kind - impossible to eat it all by one person. Some may like that, some not (I do) but road to the property is real adventure; one definitely needs a decent 4x4 (fueled to the top as there are no gas stations nearby) to reach it and return.
Featuring mountain views, Aloni Green Acres in Zemo Alvani provides accommodations, a garden, a bar, and a shared lounge. The property is around 5 miles from Alaverdi St.

It was very comfortable, and the food was excellent. Abram, the younger man who works there, speaks excellent English and is very knowledgeable about Georgian cuisine, culture, history, and music.

The family is so sweet and welcoming, amazing hospitality! Besides that, literally everything was above expectations for us - the food was wonderful, the room had everything we needed and had a relaxing ambiance, the village itself is also very nice.. Simply a great place to stay in.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
This place is peaceful and quiet. Surrounded by grapes and mountains. Very beautiful. Swimming pool and all facilities for recreation( bikes, tennis, washing machine, etc) are great. Host and his team are the best! We miss them already.
Great location
Pleasant veranda to relax
Plenty of hot water in the shower with great pressure
Tasty food
Comfortable beds and warm duvet
Room was spotless clean
Great place with friendly hosts, very welcoming.
The pool is great for kids, clean and spacious.
The place is very well organized, great view on the agricultural area. Freshly made breakfast every day, served at any time according to your request.
We'll be glad to be back again next time .
It is a great place for resting.
House was clean and had wood smell inside (I love it).
There is a ping-pong table at common place (with rackets and ball), swimming pool and barbecue area. If you don’t want to cook, you have option to order dinner (it’s really tasty! I recommend it) and you can borrow “Mountain Bike” and have voyage around this beautiful place.
Host is really nice, you will have no problem with communication in Russian, English and German.
Up a hill to the south of town - about a mile to walk from the bus station. But the advantage of this is that it's in a quiet neighbourhood with little traffic.
Inside, the house is rather grander than it appears on the outside, with parquet floors everywhere of which the friendly hostess is justly protective. I imagine that in clear weather there would be grand views to the mountains.
My small single room was cosy and very good value.
By far the best guest house we have had in Georgia.
The guest house is located just outside the village, in the nature and with a beautiful view.
The rooms are simple, very clean and comfortable.
Mari is a great host, her cooking is amazing and she can help with whatever request you had on Toucheti (hiking, transport, horse riding). She knows very well Toucheti and her little attentions during our stay really touched us. We will put 10 stars in her evaluation, just because there are no more stars to give!
Sukho is a great host. He is passionate about keeping the guest as comfortable as possible. Cabins are clean and well appointment. He served fine homemade wine. Zurah helps around the property and is very friendly and prepared us a nice breakfast considering that some of us were vegetarians. Cabins are located on a farm with wineyards, plum and cherry orchards. Kids had a great time as there is table tennis and trampoline on the property
Mariam has a very beautiful, well decorated, clean and really lovely little guesthouse with a great terrace where you can relax and enjoy the stunning view! she is such a lovely host and an excellent cook (breakfast and dinner were so delicious!) when my hiking shoes almost fell apart she helped me to repair them- thank you so much for that!
we can highly recommend this guesthouse!
