Very nice property with excellent food ( we were even made a small dinner because the host could tell we were very hungry—so accommodating!). Room was large and bed was comfortable. Host arranged a Jeep to kickstart our hike to tobavarchkilli lake, which was very helpful logistically albeit more expensive than hitchhiking.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! Despite being quite affordable, it really exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spotless, comfortable, and everything was in perfect working order.
What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Irakli and his parents were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.
The food was fantastic, and I must say, the wine they served was absolutely beautiful—such a lovely touch! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay at an unbeatable price. Definitely a hidden gem!

This is the best property I have EVER stayed in! It had everything we could wish for: an beautiful room, good airconditioning and comfortable beds. As if that wasn't enough to blow our minds, our sweet host opened her restaurant just for the two of us! She asked if we would like some wine and her son came and brought us two liters of homemade Georgian white deliciousness. She also cooked us one of the best meals we had in Georgia, enjoyed with a stunning view over the hilly surroundings. Oh and we could also checkout whenever we felt like it - and all that for a mere 100 Lari all in (accomodation, food and wine for the two of us)! WOW!

Amazing place to stay on your way to Mestia. The host was super kind and even woke up early in the morning to prepare us breakfast & coffee. Felt like home, thanks :)
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
