Clean, comfortable hotel a short walk from the beach. You do have to cross a very busy road to get to the beach. No breakfast is served, but there is a kitchen available to use and a nice shaded courtyard. A nice cafe is right down the street.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this location. It was comfortable and relaxing and the family is so friendly, hospitable and kind. They made us feel very welcome and were very helpful with any information we needed. The house is right on the road where you can take a bus and easily get to Batumi within a few minutes. The view is stunning and there is a nice trail for hiking as well as a convenient store within walking distance. It was an authentic experience staying with a Georgian family and I would definitely recommend this place with great value for money!

The best guest house around. There are many facilites made me happy. Spacious and fully equipped common kitchen. Nice grill, cute aquarium. Rly close to everything, to the sea, to Gonio cross (recommend to walk there at summer, great views), fortress, bus stop and local taxi. The owner is frendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Great place to spend your holidays on the Black Sea.

Teona and her family welcomed me so much that I enjoyed each day I stayed there. The house is quite near the sea, which is much cleaner and quieter than Batumi and other parts of the coast. I really Appreciate hosts attention and the situation, that met me there.
