It is a big house with good rooms. The onder is helpful and reacts quick on Whatsapp. The room is very clean, nice bathroom and view on green garden and sea. We stayed the first night in another room as the airco was not working. So this was a very good solution. There is a nice and clean kitchen to store and prepare food. With bolt taxi it costs 7-10 lari to Batumi center.

While the village itself is not luxury resort, you have nearby everything you need and expect from such areas. Few decent restaurants, ready bakery, 24/7 supermarket. Beach in 5 minutes walk. Cheap taxi in any direction. train station (!). Rooms are standard, clean. Kitchen facilities coule be improved, kitchen itself is excellent place to chill, work, cook some basic or not so staff.
