A lot of delicious local food for breakfasts and dinners. You will live in one building with the hosting family, so you have a great opportunity to see how they live.
They were still really kind and helpful. There were a great views to the mountains on the south and to mountain Ushba directly from the terrace. If you don't mind living with family, shared bathroom and harder village conditions, then it is perfect accomodation for you. Great starting position for hiking to the mountains all around.

I stayed at this hotel with my friends during the new year’s season. Hosts were super friendly and very helpful. They made sure we got everything we needed and additionally, without us even asking, gave us free homemade food during new year.
The hotel has a really great location, only 10 minute walk from the City Center.
Hotel offers free tea, coffee and cakes during the day.
Rooms were great, bed was really comfortable and it was really warm inside despite the cold weather outside.
On the last floor, there is a cozy rooftop that you can use in summer and also in the winter, with a wonderful view over Mestia.
Will come back❤️
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Murman and his family were great hosts - warm and welcoming, providing excellent (vegetarian) meals and helping us arrange transport to and from the guest house. It is a lovely, relaxing place with a big garden and magnificent views of Ushba mountain and other peaks.
Perfect location, wonderful people. Quiet and beautiful. you can see Ushba from the balcony and start your trek to the waterfalls directly from the hotel.P.s. charming dogs
This guesthouse was clean, comfortable, and situated in an incredible spot flanking Mount Ushba, with a 360 panorama of mountains. Thank you to the host for being so friendly and accommodating.
This place is outstanding! The view from the room is brilliant! And the Host of the hotel...what a charming and open person!!! I would love to come back. Food in the hotel is absolutely top of the top. Marlen (owner of the property) serves the best food and local wines. Chef Cook prepares the best breakfasts and every day is different! I recommend asking the owner for trips around Ushba and the region's history. Some folk music and performance - an added value!!!!
The best view to Ushba mount. This is the end house near mount. Very quiet place. The most tasty cuisine in Georgia(dinner and breakfast) with good price. Very helpful host. Good serving, big portion, a lot of dishes.
And the main - it's very warm house, with thick walls and modern heating system. I was surprised that in the mountains can be so warm and comfortable. Trails, glacier and waterfall not far from home. A lot of interesting very old things in the dinning room.
If I will be in Svaneti I stay hear again.
This is a very nice place in a very nice village 🙏
It’s our second visit in this guesthouse. Rooms are clean and cosy, garden and view from the windows are magical. Hosts are very kind
