I had my most enjoyable moments in the gardems hammock gazing at the mountains and listening the river that flows right in front of the garden of the house, so beautiful. From here the hike to Queen tamars castle starts which led to a beautiful trail through mountain meadows, which rises gently up to one pass with view of the Caucasian chain.
The lady who runs the house is so lovely. Always smiling and willful to help. The rooms are pretty small, but clean and the beds are comfortable. It seems like the guesthouse is new. Facilities are modern. One shared toilet and shower for all, which was not a problem when I was there. Plenty of hot water in the shower.
Set in Ushguli in the Samegrelo Zemo-Svaneti region and Museum of History and Ethnography reachable within 40 km, Nizharadze's Tower offers accommodation with free WiFi, barbecue facilities,...

We stayed for one night only on our Mestia-Ushguli trekking tour - if I had known that this place was that beautiful I would have stayed longer!
The room was really nice; it was the best one we had in Georgia! It had wooden parts and you can see that it has been built with love!
It was very clean also.
The view outside the window into nature was awesome. It was very quiet and rural.
The bathroom was huge, very modern and spotless!
There was a terrace for community use which was just incredibly beautiful.
We had dinner at night and breakfast in the morning, both was extremely delicious and plenty with a huge variety of choices. We are vegetarian which was no problem at all. The food provided was so much that we couldn't finish everything. It was the best food we had on the whole trekking tour!
The owner have a cute cat and a friendly dog.
They let us bring our cat which was very nice.
The lady who owns this place is incredibly friendly and warm-hearted. I wish I had been able to talk to her in Georgian language.
I highly recommend this place!
