Nice place to stay: spotless clean rooms, good price, 3 minutes to metro station and 15 min to the airport by car. We need to stay just for one night not far from the airport because of the really early flight. But we were completely fascinated with amazing owners of this place. The hotel is eco friendly: there are a lot of sustainable solutions being used. The house was built by the owner 10 years ago with energy conservation, water and electricity saving technologies. And it was so interesting to learn about it from the owner's story. The family that runs the house really cares about the future. Hope to stay here again. Thank you Inna & Rosik

We loved the staff - both hosts were really nice people and helpful. The location is simply perfect - if you like to stay in the city center. Breakfast - although we had to pay extra - was lovely: homemade sweets (our favorite), yogurt, bread.

Irena and Maria were vey helpful, hospitable and nice to chat with. The room was clean and beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was served and brought to our room on time every day. The location is great, everything is close and you can walk to the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi and Bridge of Peace in less then 15 minutes (each destination separately from the hotel). The window did not seal completely, but it was still a silent neighbourhood so it didnt bother us. They also offered us room change, as the other windows worked properly. If you are here in warm weather it is no problem and if its bad, you have option to put ac on and more blankets. But they told us they will get it fixed, so I am sure the next time we stay here everything will be 10/10.
