This was my second stay with Shako and Beka, and I would happily come back again! They are such warm and welcoming hosts, always making sure you feel at home. The homemade breakfasts are absolutely delicious—huge portions and made with love. The place itself is incredibly cozy, with a homey atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away. It’s in a peaceful neighbourhood, yet getting to the city center is super easy with the bus. Plus, you can conveniently pay by credit card on public transport.

Location was great. All the tourist attractions were nearby on walking distance. And plenty space for parking.we booked for only 1 day but extended it to 2 days and they agreed on the same price. Also room was not very expensive so good value for money. And they provide us tasty coffee and toffees in the morning.

Reviewers before me have often mentioned the great hosts here, and they certainly are terrific at the guest house katia. Attentive, yet not intrusive; they respond to your questions or needs ASAP. The hostess is charming, indefatigable, and caring to all. (She is a rare breed, an exceptional innkeeper). The rooms are clean. The hot water shower is reliably hot, which is not always the case in this region! You will be living on the second floor of a family home. There are three guest rooms situated around a common kitchen with a table, refrigerator, sink, microwave. The host’s stove is available on the first floor if you prefer to cook more. I slept well, (it’s a bonus when traveling), and the windows in my room were soundproofed. I had a quiet neighbor in the next guest room during my long stay, which helped maintain a peaceful atmosphere, but that’s simply the luck of the draw. There were a few noisy guests from time to time, to be sure. The hostess shares her homemade food with guests when there’s extra, and that was definitely a treat :) The hosts will do your laundry for you.
