The rooms were spacious, well equipped and clean. The location is also excellent with a nice view to the mountains and far away from the main road but close to Petra beach which is one of the nicest beaches we have ever been. Our room was very clean, we could use the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Nice view from the terrace. A supermarket is withing 5 minutes walking distance. The beach is 5 mins walk from the house, petra beach is 30 mins walk, so is Kobuleti. Bolt can drive you there for a reasonable price. It's a good idea to bring some food with you. The hosts were very nice, didn't speak English, but we communicated via google translate. Located in the middle of nowhere but still it's just 5-7 min by shuttle bus to Kobuleti to pick up some food. The guesthouse has all the facilities needed, the beds are comfortable, there's a common kitchen where you can cook and a nice terrace with a great view. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. There is a small grocery store nearby. 20-30 min walk to the beach through beautiful nature.
