We loved the location, from the hotel we went to Plaka beach walking, but there is beach also in from of the rooms. All restaurants and cafes at walking distance. The hotel has an amazing terrace with sea view for breakfast or cocktails. Very cozy and relaxing stay. Their breakfast is delicious.

Wonderful place with amazing nature! Location of the guesthouse is very good with amazing sea and mountain view. Irida Maria is great host and very nice and supportive person. She gave me free upgrade of the room with stunning sea view and her son in law Viron helped me a lot to find safe way to Volos through Tsagkarada, Neochori, Afetes and Agria by motorbike. It's worth visiting and staying longer than I did.

Great location, 3 minute walk to the beach and the tavernas. Cozy place, kind staff, very clean. There was everything we wanted - hot water, a safe, a fridge and a beautiful view of the sea. The balcony was also amazing to sit in.

The property is amazing, beautiful garden, beautiful views of the sea & sky, very close to everything, with enough distance from the main street to avoid the commotion but close enough to enjoy the waves sound right from your bed. The room was always clean and had everything you need. The hosts are incredible people, so sweet and caring.
