The owners of the gest house are very nice and halpfiull. Breakfast is beyond our expectations. Every morning, the owner made something new. Everything is homemade. The feeling is like in a B&B. The flore is heated, so it was very warm and cozy in the room. The dining room has a fireplace, and the owners lit it up every morning for breakfast. The view from the room is great. The room is big and has a balcony where you can enjoy some tea. In the room waited for us a greek delight and a bottle of Greek alcohol. The fridge has some goodies (mini bar). The bathroom is big and comfortable, and it has a towel warmer. Certainly recommended place to stay if you want to hike and visit the erea.

All the glowing reviews are right: this place is wonderful. Such a beautiful location, close to amazing hikes; everything is like in the pictures; breakfast was great; and Nena was such a caring, thoughtful host. She gave us excellent hiking advice, loaned us her map, and even texted to make sure we were ok when we were hiking longer than expected. We felt really cared for, but also had as much privacy as we wanted. Unbeatable!!!

A really lovely guesthouse, at the beginning of the Menalon trail. Our host was excellent at keeping in contact and very available while we were at the property. A charming room with a terrace and so much birdsong. The breakfast was filling, fresh and delicious.

    I only stayed there for one night, as I was heading elsewhere the next day. Hotel Theoxenia is located in a quiet place on the outskirts of Andritsaina and offers basic accommodation at a normal price. The room was clean, the view from the balcony was great and wifi was working as it should. Easy to park just outside the hotel.

    The hostess is the key to enjoyment. Personal attention from Anita throughout our stay. Including cookies she brought on the first day. An invitation to her house for breakfast. Prepared us an accurate map of what you should see in the area. A charming and smart woman. She asked us to call anything we wanted. The apartment is charming and an excellent location for a quiet and beautiful view.

    Delightful old stone village houses perched on a hillside and repurposed as a hotel. Quite basic and small rooms, but charming and cheap. An issued breakfast of large thick pancakes swimming in honey and cinnamon is enough for six people.
