The property was modern, practical and comfortable. We loved the big deck the open views toward the hills. It is not located in a very touristy area, but we found restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance (less than 15 minutes). Markopoulo was also a nice area to walk around especially away from the busy street. Our apartment was very quiet at night with some traffic noise starting at about 7:30 am. With the shutters closed, our room was very dark, so we were able to sleep well. Akis and Vaios, the owners, also have a taxi company, so they provided us with reasonably fared shuttle services to and from the airport on the 2 different days we stayed at the accommodation. They were very reliable and friendly!

    The host was so nice, very communicative, helpful and welcoming! The flat was very clean and comfortable. The bedroom was quiet and dark with external shutters. There is Aircon in the bedroom and living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Lift to the third floor. Nice balconies. Very close to the metro station, with quick transfer to the airport and not long to Athens either. The town Pallini also has nice cafes and restaurants. We were very happy with everything :)

    Gorgeous swimming pool, big house with just everything you need, nice garden. The cafes and supermarket is about 15 mins by foot, however we took a taxi (some 5 Euros). Very helpful host! We picked the location as it was a trade-off between our early flight and desire to explore the city center. Kids also liked the Zoo, which is not far from the house.

    Host was very friendly and helpful. We like to walk a lot, so we were happy for the peaceful location, small village atmosphere and public transport. Kids enjoyed the pool, local boutiques and nice little cat, which visited our door every morning😀

    The apartment is clean and tidy, it has everything for comfortable stay. We really enjoyed having coffee on a small terrace near the apartment. It is very close to metro station, it is very easy to get both to the airport and city centre from there. George is a very welcoming and helpful host, communication was perfect :)

    Great location if you need to be close to athens airport. Only 3 stops away on the metro and only a few minutes walk to reach the apartment from the metro stop (which also goes into the city). Host was very helpful with the instructions for keys. Shower is hot. Apartment is clean and quiet.

    Overall that’s a very good offer for it’s money. The place was clean and quiet, the bed was comfy. And the TV is really good, expensive, with the nice sound, most owners put something cheap, so that thing really makes a good impression. Also you are able reach the airport, port, central railway station and the city center via direct connection, so the location is really well balanced.

    Great communication from the host who went above and beyond to even arrange a taxi for our early morning flight. The host provided clear instructions for how to take the train from the airport to The Boutique. Nice to be out of Athens and near the airport, but close enough for a day filled with seeing the sights of Athens. Grateful for this unit to come back to at the end of the day. A great feature was the blackout curtains that provided an excellent darkness for sleep.

    Great location for the Airport, exactly what we needed. Well equipped studio. Minas is an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble for him, he also helped us to arrange a transfer when we needed. Highly recommended. Thank you!
