A nice, clean and cosy apartment with very friendly and helpful hosts. Big parking space for cars. Good location, about 10-15mins walk to the beach, close to some good restaurants. The price was not too high so it was really good value for money.

By reading the comments we realised that the bad comments where unbiased ,and from Problematic persons ,and we Made the right choice to book at this lovely place . Everything was great and We highly recommend this place which is new , very clean , everything works perfect , next to Dasia beach and shops . Definitely we are coming back this summer .

    It was a perfect holiday house, one of the best we been so far. Pool was perfect for us and our 5y.o. who even managed to learn how to swim :) Janis was very welcoming host and generous gift for us was just too cute. You will learn about it yourself. :) Everything is clean and rooms are cleaned every single day until perfection. It was private and quiet. Close to Roda and Kassiopi towns. Recommend 100%.

    An excellent villa with a good pool. A good place to stay, 10 minutes from the beach and restaurants. Quiet but not isolated. Marina, the host was first class. Would recommend to all.

    The location of this B&B is perfect for anyone doing the Corfu Trail (and for anyone visiting Old Perítheia in general). It is very comfortable and quiet, and the shower is fabulous! Breakfast in the garden was lovely, and the hosts are extremely welcoming and helpful.

    grocery store, restaurant, ice cream shop :) were extremely close multiple beaches were also nearby we could go both running and hiking in the area the place was extremely cozy, clean and well equipped (proper hair drier not the usual cheap one :)), also quiet and equipped with new furniture the host waited us with a small starting packge, coffee, coke, cheese, ham, sweets etc. that was very kind

    The location was excellent giving you the feeling that you are living in a different era! David and Marieke are very kind and hospitable hosts! The rooms were super clean and very nicely decorated! The breakfast was home-made with super tasty fresh fruits! We would definitely suggest “The Merchants House” for a memorable stay and unique experience!
