Julio and his wife are the nicest people ever! They were so sweet and welcoming. They also helped us with bookings for Tikal and Yaxha. We had room with a beautiful view of the lake. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We had an excellent stay at Ximel house. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. They were very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. We were offered a lift however we were already in Flores so got the boat across which was very easy and dropped us right outside the house. The area is nice and quiet and only a short walk away from el mirador and playa el chechenal. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting the area. Lovely people and a lovely stay, thank you.
