We liked the location, 10 min to Rovinj by car, and it is perfect if you plan to explore Istra and visit places like Motovun, Grožnjan, Poreč and even Pula (40min). We had a separate entrance to our room and free parking space. The house is surrounded by lots of greenery and a pool, which is great for refreshment. It is a very calm and beautiful place for relaxation and your vacation.

Very cozy and quite place to rest and relax. We tried red wines and loved especially the Merlot barrique and Teran barrique. They have strong breakfast menu. Dinner also was great.
Only 1312 feet by foot from the beach, Guest house Villa Tre Marie, is located in Borik, a 25-minute walk away from the historic center of Rovinj.

All was good - nice, spacious apartment with sufficient wardrobe and personal items storing space.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom (very nice ones), which is absolutely great.
Clean, towels regularly changed.
Close to one of the best beaches in Rovinj, market nearby.
Solution for parking always available (in the yard or nearby).

The Villa Confort Exclusive was a roomy, simple and clean studio apartment in on the outskirts of the medieval city of Rovinj. It is located about 1.5 km from the historic city center and beautiful seaside park. Lidia, the innkeeper, gave us a warm welcome and was very customer service oriented. We appreciated that she let us check in before the posted check -in time which gave us more time to explore the city. A very nice complimentary buffet breakfast and free parking in a private lot are included in the price.

It's a very nice, clean and quiet place. The host is so friendly and helpful. This apartmant is comfortable for two person and has all equipment you need. We could even taste vegetables from the host's garden.
