Bel Residence is seriously good value. The rooms are well-stocked with everything you could need—tea, coffee, a spoon, smart TV, and solid Wi-Fi. Everything feels brand new and works perfectly. I had a sea view, and it’s just a short walk to the beaches. This part of town is nice and quiet, making it super chill. The room even had a toothbrush and toothpaste, which came in handy since I forgot mine! Everything is spotlessly clean, and the staff are super friendly, always ready to help with a smile. A big plus is the free coffee machine with top-notch coffee, and in the morning, there are fresh baked goods available for guests—such a nice surprise. Highly recommend!

Love this place, I stay whenever I land late in Split. Location is great, a few mins walk from city centre, the room is big and spacious, looks like a block of flats but once inside, it’s home from home. The host Marija is amazing and helpful, tea/coffee and kettle provided, would recommend anyone to stay here.
