Staff was the best here! The owner is the nicest person! Rooms are clean and ac is working. The bathroom was bit smelly but it’s not like you spend time there. Breakfast and coffee was lovely too!

Extraordinary facility - 3 large bedrooms each with XL ensuite and AC. Huge L shapes lounges, huge kitchen and dining area. Incredible pool, surrounded by 10 foot walls for privacy. Daily room makeup and facilities cleaning. Just incredible. Very short walks (less than 10 minutes) from port where ferry arrives, to main shopping street, and eastern side of island, where the better snorkelling is. A 20 minute walk (or 5 minute bicycle ride - there are no motorised vehicles on the island) to the Western side for sunsets and the more "upmarket" beach clubs. Water dispenser in the kitchen. Bottled water provided daily (we brought our own water bottles and refilled them from the kitchen). We travel a lot. This has been one of the better non-hotel, self-catered villa stays anywhere.

Great location for sunset and beautiful beach. Hotel needs updating and rooms needs a freshen up. Most staff were friendly and welcoming. However there is always 1 who let's a Hotel down. One of the beach bar staff was rude and clueless!

Loved the location. Right on the beach in the quieter north Gili air. The staff were exceptional. Nothing too much trouble and really friendly. We went for a superior room. It was a great standard, very clean, lots of hot water in the shower. Fantastic singer on Tuesday night. We would go again just to watch him perform.
