BelgiumOne of the better rooms we have stayed in during our 2 weeks in Flores. Its indeed a bit dark, but that avoid waking up at 6am ;)
Aircon works well, the food is delicious (order dinner here, rather then having dinner in the mediocre warungs in the neighbourhood).
Romana is very kind / warm person and very helpfull in arranging trips and cars, even tho they are quit pricey … when we got stuck because maumere airport suddenly closed, she really helped us out !

The house is beautiful, we could throw open the doors every morning to see the beach and bay in the sun through the coconut trees. Fredh and his family looked after us helping us with local insight, organising boating trips, renting motorbikes and guiding us up Mt Egon. We are already planning how we can come back. The scooter belonged to the guesthouse that's how I got to Lena House. the place is very nice, quiet. the bungalow is new large facing the sea. The food is excellent. In the neighborhood there are fishermen who bring in fresh fish. children play on the beach. This is the warm welcoming Indonesia far from mass tourism. A beautiful address.
