The rooms are clean and quiet and there are all the services that you can wish for (room service including good food from the restaurant 24h, taxi transfer to the airport etc). As I read before my arrival, this unfair practice by the staff is not uncommon in budget accommodations in Kupang. It's my THIRD stay btw, which should speak for the way they run they run the guesthouse. It's well located within reach of Lippo Mall (by foot and bemo) and the Alfamart, Indomaret, same-day Laundry services, and (evening time)'babi food-stall', all in its immediate vicinity.
