The host is one of the kindest people I have ever met. I would give her 100 stars if I could. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, and she gave me helpful tips to help me navigate the city. There are several restaurants and convenience stores, etc. within walking distance. It was easy to access from the airport by taxi (Grab and Gojek are widely available) and is in close proximity to the train station.

I love the services and hospitality of the staff, which make this property quite standout. I needed a two-page file to be printed for my US Visa docs and the receptionist helped me out with no extra charge. To the best of my knowledge, it is also the only hotel that is within a walking distance from the US Consulate General.

    Studio Amor is a modern, neat and clean studio apartment in a great location. The studio has direct access to a mall with a good array of eateries and shopping options. It was exactly what we needed for a night before moving on to our next destination. A comfortable bed, fresh towels, a warm shower and drinking water were provided. Communication from and with the host was easy.

    - Good matrasses - Quiet room - Price is awesome - Breakfast is okay You can't complain about anything with this price! But if they want to stay a nice hostel, they should keep the place nice. They room are nice. But it looks like they haven't done any work to the place since it was build.

    My stay was near perfect. The room and bathroom were spotless and very very comfortable. I had a really good night sleep as it was very quiet. There were snacks and water in the room if needed and Netflix was a nice touch. Communication with the host was excellent and clear.

    Staff was nice, simple breakfast included. Great location next to Gubeng station. Airconditioned rooms, pleasant common room. Very cheap. Really, you can't expect too much for that price.

    The Hotel itself is in a great location. The room was a lovely suite, even as the cheapest option. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide range of cuisines. The pool was lovely and quiet, even though the gym was adjacent and we were close to a busy road. Staff were exceptional and I would gladly stay here again.
