The staff were so kind and welcoming, and even helped us get a nice discount on some local batik art. The room was comfortable and it was nice to have a private shower and toilet in the room. A/C worked great, and the wifi worked fine. Great location to explore the popular areas of Yogyakarta. Pretty quiet, as well. Great place to stay!

I usually wait to leave a review till after leave but keep extending)))). First when you walk in there is just very impressive artwork (talented Japanese artist mostly). Then the room - I booked a normal room but it was bigger actually 3-4 times bigger than a new york hotel room. just huge with huge couch. Then Pash (hope spell correct) was just super nice and helpful in every way. I didnt use the pool but it just done so well. I rarely leave reviews and only when I'm overly impressed with the value for price. Stayed in hotels and airbnb over 500 days straight days and this hits the Price Value top 5%. You can spend $500 a night and regret it or 20% of the Price and sleep just as well and enjoy. They hit the price value on spot.
