It was an all-round perfect stay for me. I wanted to relax for a few days and you can do that really well here. But there's also a lot to do in the area. Debora was one of the most attentive hosts I have ever met. I felt very comfortable and I can definitely recommend to go there!

The staffs I met in Instanaku are very friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was very clean and quiet. If I come to Manado in the future, I’ll definitely stay in this hotel again!

Without a doubt, the best value for money for a one night stay near the airport. Hot shower, good wifi, AC and friendly staff. Tasty eating spots close by. Will definitely return if passing through again!
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Amazing Onong the host! Super helpful and friendly and arranged loads to see and do during our three day stay. Food was also great…
Rooms comfy and simple…
By far the best homestay I stayed in in Sulawesi. Rooms are big and spacious and the host can arrange anything and guide you for a small price. The breakfast is very local and good too. I highly recommend.
Beautiful eco resort with decent bungalows that is managed by a lovely Dutch-Indonesian couple. Arno, the owner, is a great host and tour guide. We did a shorter day tour and saw a lot of interesting things as he's super knowledgeable and knows the area pretty well. Just watch out for pigeons crossing the street... :-) Nice breakfast and kitchen too.
Location was central to market and shops/Main Street. Quiet area but motorbike noise could still be heard. Indo breakfast was nice. Good value for price, friendly staff . Able to organise motorbike but limited English
We stayed four nights in one of the two beautiful bungalows in the lovely garden of Jan‘s family home. Great hosts, clean and comfortable bungalows (western standard, most comfortable bed we have had in months!), delicious breakfast, Lokon volcano view, and fury friends (only outside the buildings) make this a perfect place to stay in Tomohon. Jan is happy to help you plan your trips / excursions and also drive you to sites, or you can rent a scooter from him.
Wonderful staff. Kind, helpful and happy!
Beautiful surrounds. Lovely to see a different part of Northerm Sulawesi and contrast to other areas. Natural beauty extraordinary.
Angie and Arno great hosts.
Fantastic and unique tour with Arno of surrounding area. Memorable.
Major is a great host! He took us to the market for breakfast (very yummy and super cheap), gave us many restaurant, Cafe and sightseeing tips and was always super helpful!
The room itself was simple and clean. All in all the room was fine for two nights, comfy bed, no noises, no bad smell in the room nor the hotel.
Nice to know: the market is right next to the hotel, the extrem part is a little hidden though, so don't worry if you don't want to see it, you can just not go there.
