The set up was nice. Everything was very comfy and clean. The electric shower was nice. The host was very kind and helpful and set out breakfast for us before we arrived. (There is a mini fridge, microwave, and electric kettle.)

Phil was warm and welcoming. We had plenty of space to spread out and make ourselves at home. We loved the well-stocked kitchenette. The bed, pillows, and comforter were all very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Stone Barn features accommodations with a garden and free Wifi. This guest house offers free private parking and luggage storage space.

A place with a strong character. Very well renovated barn next to the former farmhouse with two rooms in the main space. The location is remote and it is important to follow the advice you will get from the hosts about how to use sat nav to get there. Some miles down a narrow road, better characterized as a lane. Convenient to Skibbereen and to Mizen Head, and a great touring base. Hosts could not have been kinder. Excellent breakfast, made to order at a time of your choosing. Stuart went to some trouble to find out what was open (we were very off season).

Excellent if you want something quiet and private. Host is very hands-off, but makes sure you have everything you need and was extremely forthcoming otherwise.

Excellent B&B. Patrick was a wonderful host. Lovely mountain view from the B&B. Enjoyed being provided with some delicious local well water to drink. Breakfast was exceptional - more like an upmarket cafe, with lots of fresh fruit options. Highly recommended - likely only open during summer months.
