The heating on made the room excessively hot - even with windows open there was no breeze due to being inside a small alley between the houses. The mattress on the bed was broken on the side and the springs buckled when you sat on it - C1

Gerald is an absolute delight! He is the owner and living in the premises. He is in the process of renovating the whole house and he is doing a great job!
