In a quiet corner of Clifden, this quiet haven of rich comfort and classic Irish hospitality is just 93 steps from the vibrant buzz of Clifden town centre.

Great location as a base for exploring Connemara. Staff helpful and friendly. Bed was super comfy. My partner is celiac and they were able to accommodate her for breakfast. They had gluten free cornflakes and bread.

Excellent location in the Main Street in Clifden. Although it was in a pub it was not too noisy we couldn’t really hear anything from upstairs. The room was basic but absolutely spotless the bed was comfortable so fine for us.

Offering a terrace and garden view, Dan O'Hara Farmhouse B&B is set in Clifden, 12 km from Alcock & Brown Memorial and 26 km from Kylemore Abbey.

The breakfast was cooked to order, thus it was very fresh and hot, much better than a buffet. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the history of Connemara video and museum and especially the walk to the original cottage, even in Storm Ashley!

Very nice and friendly host, who helped us to plan our visits in the area. Amazing location and panorama, and great departure point for those who want to trek in the area. Large rooms and comfy beds. A fine choice of restaurants and pubs in the area.
