Offering a restaurant, Riverbank, Country Pub and Guesthouse is located in the countryside 10 minutes’ drive from Carrickmacross.

The location and setting of the guesthouse is gorgeous. A beautiful building and garden. The staff we met were so friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised with the room. Very tastefully decorated. The owner made us a delicious breakfast in the morning and was really nice. Overall, a little gem of a place.

The guest house was easy to find, within walking distance of the town centre, and there was plenty of parking space. We received a warm welcome from our hosts and the room was well appointed, offering everything we needed.

Amazing wee cottage to stay in,very warm and cosy with the stove. Great location in the mountains and only a couple minutes drive into Omeath. Catriona was a great host and even invited our 2 year old on an Easter egg hunt with her grandchildren on Easter morning which he loved! Would definitely return

Sharon was a great host. nothing too much trouble. Sharon text to see if we had any problems & always at the end of the phone if need be. House was immaculate & location was so quiet & peaceful with lots of grounds to have a walkaround & chill. Just loved this place, I would recommend to anyone looking for a bit of peace & quite & not too far from town. Looking forward to hopefully booking here again for the next film festival. Keep doing what you are doing Sharon, top class hospitality Anne x
