All the stars for Ronnie's incredible Stone Cottage! I had an incredible time here, loving it so much I stayed a third night. From the beginning Ronnie was warm and welcoming, sharing tips for exploring Galway and further north in Mayo. The best surprise was having a picnic bag for my first day exploring and warm apple pie when I came back! I would stay here again and again.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Everything was great at Corrib View!
Our hosts (Michelle - the wonderful hostess, lodge manager, exceptional cook and Mom! and Bumble - only the best labby in the world!) were amazing and greeted us most lovingly!
Breakfast was sumptuous, Michelle went the extra mile to prepare delicious vegan food for us!
Rooms are sparklingly clean with all required amenities for a short stay.
I truly enjoyed my stay and looking forward to visiting and meeting Michelle and Bumble again :))
Absolutely brilliant. Simply couldn't better this place. Great location. The most engaged host I've ever met. Fantastic tips on restaurants and places to see.....things to do. You'll walk away very happy after the breakfast. Would go back in a shot and recommend this guesthouse very highly.
