Lavally House is a great choice of location to overnight on a long road trip. It has gated parking and very close to main street in Gort. The bedrooms are ensuite, beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. Hosts Michael and Adrian have great taste in interior design. I highly recommend this property. I loved it so much that I came back and stayed again on my return road trip.

We stayed in the two-bed apartment. Everything was perfect. The apartment was equipped with all you could need. The beds were comfortable. There was a spacious living room/kitchen/diner on the ground floor. Nice furnishings and fixtures and fittings. Staff were friendly, breakfast was simple, but fine. Great value overall. If you're staying in Kinvara, make sure you check out Green's and Tully's - two fantastic pubs. But both take cash only - so be warned!

When we arrived, Ursula came out to meet us and show us where to park and show us in to the room. She also told us where we could eat and grab a pint locally. The property was really close to the pubs and a lovely walk round a park near the lake and the walks in the village. Very very friendly welcome and we felt right at home straight away. We wanted somewhere for a nice hot shower and comfy bed midway through our campervan trip and were limited due to having the dog, but it was absolutely perfect and we are glad we stumbled on this place. There were tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge with fresh milk which was a great touch. Excellent value for money, very homely and would highly recommend. Thank you Ursula for such a lovely quick stay with everything we needed.
