As a base and for the price it was great. The breakfasts were lovely and very generous - cereal/porridge for starters and then cooked breakfast as well as juice, tea/coffee. The hostess was lovely with great instructions on where to find the keys and there was plenty of information on house etiquette. All three beds were very comfortable and cosy. Our room was lovely and comfortable. Beautiful surrounding scenery, Fabulous breakfast. Lovely lounge area with tea and coffee facilities. Very quiet surrounds which means you have to drive to a nearby village for an evening meal ( around 10 minutes) but not an issue and there are some good restaurants( Waterside was particularly good) and pubs in Graiguenamangh.
