Lovely breakfast, we were really looked after by Caroline, as a vegan and vegetarian. The location was perfect for where we were heading, and the room was beautiful. Would highly recommend!

Great location and extensive choice at breakfast served at a communal table encouraging chat with fellow residents. Michael is a lovely proprietor & very kind when we advised of a late arrival.
Place is generally dated & stuffed with furniture & bric-a-brac. Shower in our ensuite didn’t work well & our room was cold. Next door’s bathroom fan ran all night. Our room was on the lower ground floor so wouldn’t suit mobility impaired guests.
Great proximity to Newgrange & is on the river Boyne.
Coming at night, we missed the BnB as it is very near the junction on left side & opposite a hotel; Sat nav took us down too far.

Convenient parking on site
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Everything was fine. The host was very nice, polite and friendly. The house is clean, cozy and warm. Quiet place. You can rent a hot tube. Close to big cities like Kells, Navan, Virginia.
Very helpful hosts, and it is also a lovely and quiet location. At 32 weeks pregnant it was lovely and comfortable and a spacious log cabin too. Continental breakfast was delicious.
Beautiful spacious bedroom which was exceptionally clean. Perfect location if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and tranquil.
Breakfast was amazing and friendly helpful host.
The house was beautifully decorated with so much detail . Very quiet and relaxed home. The food was all homemade. The hosts went to so much time and effort with the food and service. Highly recommend this house to stay.
Peace and quiet, extra large bedroom and a vary warm welcome from Maggie. House was spotless, breakfast lovely and plenty of it.Excellent host.5* plus.
This is a newly built house with large spaces and modern furnising. Everything was extremely clean, the room and bathroom were the biggest I stayed in Ireland out of 10 accommodations. The place is very quiet and the outlook is beautiful so it is ideal to have a rest. The host was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious. Parking is also not a problem, you can leave your car almost anywhere. I highly recommend this B&B for first stay coming from or last stay going to the airport.
We had a lovely one night stay where we thoroughly enjoyed the rural setting. Margaret was a great host and cooked a wonderful breakfast. Top marks all over.
Absolutely everything was excellent. Bed was great. Room was comfortable down to the finest detail. A beautiful buliding and Avril and David couldn’t have done more to make us welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. Great hosts. We hope to see you again soon.
Charming house, unique and lovely decor. Hosts were delightful and breakfast delicious, with home baked bread and a nice choice of cooked food. Especially good freshly ground, French press coffee.
