Fantastic location for strolling in to Kinsale. The little hut on the water is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or a drink. The room itself is very cosy with heaters and a stove. Would definitely return and will recommend to friends and family

Cute place with cafe below. Beds really comfy. We booked the family room just for the two of us, to get a little extra space as the rooms are small but are described well on the site. Initially, loved the location as it was right in the main street, however at night, this proved to be not so good. If you're a heavy sleeper or have good earplugs, you'll be fine but hubby was kept awake at night by late revellers and then very early start for workman and delivery trucks going about their day. Especially unlucky to strike bin night as well! They all go right past the window. Bathroom was good. Still a great place to stay, just pack those earplugs!

We arrived late in the evening so had no interaction with any staff members. Great location, and easy parking just across the road.

It was very good, the only problem was that around 3 am the guest next to our bedroom had a noisy meeting and they woke us up. We could hear everything and it happened the same next morning. I
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
A charming boutique hotel with comfy beds, a coffee/tea station (with cookies!), little sitting rooms, and a gracious hostess (Ann). Would most definitely stay here again. Location was perfect - quiet, but in the heart of town.
Lovely guesthouse in a great location with an easy walk to the centre of town. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the guesthouse was immaculate and beautifully furnished and very clean. Would definitely recommend this to anyone going to Kinsale.
Lovely quiet place to stay. Very welcoming host. Swift to respond to requests. Great location. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get away from it all, but still be within reach of Cork city and Kinsale. Great walks in the vicinity. Clean and comfy.
Great host - gave us so much information about the area - things to do, place to go, restaurants and music.
Great location- could walk everywhere, lovely common room
