I really like the uniqueness of this guest house. And the owner was so lovely and friendly, he gave us lots of tips of places to go. We have a really lovely break away.
The city centre was also not to far, about 15min walk.
Make yourself at home in the heart of Georgian Dublin A happy marriage of 19th Century Georgian style and 21st century comfort. Contemporary cool meets warm, Irish hospitality.

The location is very good for visiting Dublin city center, Ballsbridge, Donnybrook, etc. Free parking available.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
The accommodation is located close to Rathgar village with a bus stop near by which we used to commute into Dublin city centre. It is a quiet clean area with pubs and cafes.
The bed was comfortable, it was super clean and the location was quiet and very well connected to Dublin city center.
I was not feeling well and they allowed me to check out an hour later.

Room's were nice and clean. The host was very lovely and welcoming. Warm and comfortable stay. On the outskirts of dublin city centre with some nice local pubs and cafes. Would definitely go back again.
Being met by the host on a cold frosty evening with hot tea/coffee and biscuits was much appreciated. Breakfast was self service with everything you could need. Room was quiet, clean and very comfortable.
