Check in was easy we were sent a code to get the key to our room which worked fine and we enjoyed the sight of chickens on the lawn and used the picnic table. Accommodation is as described on booking.com. Room only and the bottled water & tea/coffee making facilities were appreciated. Didn't use the communal kitchen or fridge as they looked a bit dirty.

Room was lovely and comfortable and easily accommodated me and my two grown up children. Beds were extremely nice and clean. Easy to find and a short distance from local shops and restaurants. Owner met us at the door and explained everything very quickly and easily, very nice chap. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
