A lovely location. It feels like miles from nowhere yet 3 to 4 minutes to the nearest beach, shops, and restaurants. Guru,the host & his assistant, Stia, run a very fine ship. When you arrive, you are met with enthusiasm and smiles, which leaves one feeling good. My room was beautifully clean, spacious, and the decor was lovely. Wifi, AC unit + fan worked well. Shower water pressure , excellent. Throughly enjoyed my stay. Will be back.

Room is spacious (bigger than looks like in the pictures) and tastefully decorated in a relatively new building for Goa. The host has been very nice to us, I was very sick the last day and extended our checkout times by 4 hours without charge. Big bathroom with hot shower. Recommend it!

Very nice and cozy hotel in the heart of Anjuna, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The staff is very helpful, the room is big enough with small kitchen and spacious bathroom, the beds are comfortable with clean sheets, clean towels and soap, AC and fan in the room, the patio is great with table and chairs looking to the main road, there is small parking for bikes in front of the rooms, we need to stay 2 more nights and the manager helped us with everything.

The room was extremely clean. There was a fridge, kettle, bowls, plates and cutlery provided. The best thing was the view of the countryside from the lovely balcony. The property was also in a great location, just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants snd bus stop. The owner was so helpful and I could contact him via watsapp any time I had any questions. I highly recommend the property and look forward to staying again.
