The property was cute, aesthetically pleasing, had very clean facilities and infrastructure, and a super comfortable bed. It was located in a quiet neighbourhood and I enjoyed the silence. This was located near the Cansaulim beach which is a less visited beach and had fewer people and was clean and pristine!!! There was a lifeguard there so swimming was allowed, no problem. I would take more time out and visit this place again for sure. However, the beach does not have too many shacks, which might be a deterrent to some and a boon for others, I.e. it’s ideal for a picnic if you take your own food and sun umbrella.

Good location on a beach front road that ends a short way away so very little traffic. The owners, Mr & Mrs Francis and the room cleaner all very affable. Accommodation etc good for a Guest House. Good to be able to walk straight out onto the beach. Bus stop in the village of Bogmalo with regular services to Vasco

Felix and Babu were very helpful. They were always able to help me with my needs and helped me feel at home. I felt Felix was very caring and considerate. Felix Homestay is good value for money and a nice place to stay. It is also a little out of the city centre so it is quite and less chaotic than the centre. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach.

The room was spacious with everything you needed like a fridge, a kettle and lots of bottled water. We were able to get our clothes washed for free and breakfast was included at a little restaurant across the road. It was a short walk to the Fontainhas district and in a lovely area near a park. Would definitely recommend!

The room was extremely clean. There was a fridge, kettle, bowls, plates and cutlery provided. The best thing was the view of the countryside from the lovely balcony. The property was also in a great location, just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants snd bus stop. The owner was so helpful and I could contact him via watsapp any time I had any questions. I highly recommend the property and look forward to staying again.
