Hotel Arts International is situated in the Santacruz district of Mumbai, 3.5 km from Prithvi Theatre, 4.2 km from ISKCON and 7.9 km from Dadar Railway Station.

Location on website was misleading. Attitude of staff was poor. Had to make requests for basic requirements such as glasses & cups, towels& breakfast. Management was rude, does not know how to speak to guests. Noisy corridors at night, management was unable to control the noisiness from other guests. Factories are located within hotel building. access to hotel is always being obstructed- cabs for guests at hotel has drop off away from hotel/ on the road.

    Great location if you are looking to be in the quieter part of Bandra, but in the end its a hostel after all, so quality of accommodation is likewise. Its good but honestly could be better especially the bed size and general quality of the stuff.

    Gordon House has a great location but we were a bit disappointed with this hotel otherwise, in particular our room (a 'boutique' room on the 3rd floor). The reception area was clean and appealing, and our room was clean and a decent size and we found it quite quiet in spite of being in such a busy area. The breakfast buffet was small and not v exciting, but the dosas cooked to order were good. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was good (delicious crispy mushroom starter recommended by waiter).

    The staff was truly amazing and helpful. Helped me change money - they called a guy who came and changed my Euros into rupees. They offer activities every day. And we celebrated diwali together. Very convenient and cheap laundry service. The place is super clean and well kept. Great wi-fi. The hostel is in a residential area. 15 minutes away by rickshaw from Juhu beach and Bandra. And 20 mins away from the airport. Nice place to meet people. Very great hostel and highly recommended!

    Pros: - it is a very simplistic hotel inside a very old building, - conveniently located in the city centre, - our private room was very basic but clean, - friendly staff, - free drinking water provided, - guests of the hostel were mostly young and quiet Indian nationals from other parts of the country, - the place felt very safe.
