Accommodation: Very clean and hygienic. I visited with family 4 elderly and 1 kid. For all people it was comfortable. They have good size rooms attached with balcony and valley view. Book any room apart from 21, all have views. Higher are better. We stayed in 22, 23, 28. They have nice and maintained garden. Owner is well known person of town and welcoming. No lift, that is why we have taken 2 lower floor room, but it also has the nice view. Stairs are comfortable and low Hight. It has good parking space. Food is tasty and home like healthy. We have taken all our Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at property only. Elderly people who generally don't like variation in food, were comfortable there. Although me and spouse went to town and enjoy a few meals. How to Reach: Best way to ask property owner to arrange the pick-up form NJP. We booked from ourselves from NJP Railway station it was costly and uncomfortable. If booking by own book Innova (not Sumo, if required a big car) for hatchback anything is fine. How to book site seeing cab: Owner can arrange the car for site seeing on reasonable price. Or walk down the road to get the share taxis, which drop at Taxi stand in 20/- per person. From there cab can be booked. To reach the property, share cab can be taken from Taxi Stand in 30/- (higher for climbing the hill) or 150/- to reserve. From bus stand reserving a Taxi may fall in between 200-400 based on negotiation. Cab will drop you exact at the property by sharing the name of property to cab driver. Walking: It is 1.5 km from main market, walking on hills is my favorite, so it was good for me. One can try. Also, Delo is walkable distance through a school situated just upper hill to the property.

The hosts were exceptionally sweet and helpful. They took care of all our needs. Scrumptious food served every day. Rooms were nice and clean. Darjeeling is cold but we were provided with room heaters and additional blankets. In my opinion the homestay was worthy of a 10/10 rating. Darjeeling is a cold place but all the people here and the service at Donna’s homestay made it a warm experience for us.

Environment is so nice. Staffs are really good. Location is superb

Location is good. Walking distance from the mall. This is the only good thing about the hotel.

The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff.
