The bed were neat, bathroom was clean & provided geyser. Personal shelf with lockable was given, clothes rack table & chair. This made the comfort level better and will book in the future. And yes there was a parking space for both 4 wheeler and 2 wheeler. Good breakfast and friendly staffs.

Positive: Good location,good view from the double king room. little far from the crowded police bazar. The staff is very good. Clean and very nicely decorated . Negative: Food availability is a big issue. Guests should eat outside. Although they are trying to improve that section . No proper accommodation for the driver.

    - Great location (close to city center) - Spacious rooms - Hosts were helpful. Helped us with hot food for kids even though it was quite late when we reached. Also served breakfast earlier in the morning than their schedule as we had to leave early to catch our flight - Ambience of the hotel is warm and welcoming - Kitchen staff was very kind

    Shillong Hills is at a lovely location and offers a great view from the front yard. The staff was very friendly and George was amazing as a host. From getting a faulty heater replaced instantly to providing us with excellent help and support in getting our car fixed - late evening this was, I might add, and he came to meet us and guide us all the way into the city where we were stuck - he was just unbelievable as a host. We will definitely be staying at Shillong Hills guest house again, soon.

But limited room service will be available as it is just a Home Stay and not a Hotel. Room rates of Heemstede is one of the cheapest compared to other Guest House/ Home Stay in Shillong.

    this quaint homestay is located away from the hustle bustle of the city yet well connected to the main markets. the rooms are comfy and the surrounding peaceful making it a perfect get away for people looking for some quiet time. Lumi (host) is super helpful and always a call away. the simple yet yummy breakfast was a cherry on top.
