Location - perfectly situated at the end of a residential road close to the beach and shops and the fort. Accommodation - tastefully decorated and everything you would need. We stayed in the garden room which is one of the smaller rooms and in hindsight we were pleased with this room as it was plenty spacious, but a bit cozier and very comfortable. Food - plenty of choice in the included breakfast offer, all freshly prepared with quality ingredients. We ate dinner there most lights too and there is plenty of choice and all the dishes were very well prepared from scratch and really tasty. We loved the xacuti and also had tiger prawns and pomfret one of the nights too which was delicious!! Staff - Sajjid has a great team working for him and they are all excellent in their roles front and back of house. Particular mention to Motthi and Pasquale who were just fab. Cleanliness and comfort - exceptionally clean and everything working as it should. We had a problem with our AC one of the nights and were given the option to move to another room to sleep with the promise of the AC being fixed the following day. Which it was. Safety and security - there is a safe in the rooms. Being located at the end of the residential road also made it feel safer and there is a security guard on duty overnight. And of course there are the resident dogs to add to the security detail, special mention to Sophie dog and Judy dog. We felt very safe and secure. Overall we were so pleased we chose to stay at the Marbella guest house and would thoroughly recommend it to those seeking peace and tranquility in a charming setting with a team of friendly staff that genuinely care about ensuring you enjoy your stay.

The room was spacious with everything you needed like a fridge, a kettle and lots of bottled water. We were able to get our clothes washed for free and breakfast was included at a little restaurant across the road. It was a short walk to the Fontainhas district and in a lovely area near a park. Would definitely recommend!

Location is perfect, just 2 mins to the beach. Lovely owners Glenn and his wife, very friendly staff.

The room was extremely clean. There was a fridge, kettle, bowls, plates and cutlery provided. The best thing was the view of the countryside from the lovely balcony. The property was also in a great location, just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants snd bus stop. The owner was so helpful and I could contact him via watsapp any time I had any questions. I highly recommend the property and look forward to staying again.

The USP of this property is it's location. Its 3-4minutes walk from beach and very nice restaurants and shops are on the same street. This location is just great for relaxing, shopping, enjoying good food. Just loved it!

I had an excellent stay at this guest house in Goa! The area is safe and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property is incredibly neat and well-maintained, reflecting the care and attention of the hosts. Speaking of the hosts, they were amazing—friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. This place truly offers high value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Henry and Filomena were great hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful. We’ve stayed in candolim several times but this is the best place by far. Close to the beach yet quiet and the rooms were immaculate. Wish we’d found it sooner.

We loved everything : the possibility to wash and dry our clothes, , the fridge to keep our beers cool, the supportive staff, the shower cabin. It is a bit off the "beaten tracks" for the beach-goers, but many good options for eating out in the surroundings , including an amazing pizzeria
