A recently renovated guest house, Meer Mansion Homestay offers accommodations in Srinagar.

Our stay at Meet Mansion Homestay was absolutely fantastic, I can only talk in superlatives about our experience.  Meer Mansion is a nearly brand new building, constructed with high quality materials, everything sparkles inside, everything works, there is not a spot that isn't perfect. The hotel is kept impeccably clean. Our room was beautifully furnished, and had a large luxurious comfortable bed with great pillows. The marble bathroom had stylish modern fixtures, a good shower, and plenty of hot water. The location was ideal for us, immediately next to the magical - and for us very exotic - chikara boat harbour, which is the reason we came to Dal Lake. But what made our stay one of the best experiences ever is the efficient, kind, and helpful support of the charming young manager, Danish, who outpertformed himself to make us feel good. That made the difference between a good stay and an extraordinary one. He helped in too many ways to list, things like allowing us to check in early at 9 am, organize great boat rides, hire autorickshaws, advise us on how to avoid buying counterfits, give great sightseeing tips, and even ferry us on his own boat to the other side of the lake when we need it - all of that for absolutely free. Visited there in month of November 24 and stayed for one night with my family.. location was good, food were not available inside the boat but tea, coffee were available. They have provided us boat to go out for market on free of cost.. overall nice stay.. recommended for the family without any concern. Value for money!!!

    Best house boat experience I have had so far, beauty is the location itself, perfectly placed, amazing Mountain View at one end, fort at the other, Shankaracharya temple behind n lotus farm in the front. Away from the chaos quiet n a silent place to be. Very warm n a friendly staff. Food also was very delicious n satisfying with hygiene n good service. Definitely a must visit for the best house experience one wanna have. Thank u Ibrahim for being a perfect host

    Its a lovely homestay in a quiet locality with a great host. The property was very clean and well maintained. I have never seen such a clean and hygienic bathroom in any of my stays till date and it was quite big too. Room was quiet with all amenities and clean linen. The host was very accommodating and friendly. I'd definitely come back for a stay and recommend this homestay to my friends.

    Bilal and his family have been very welcoming and caring. We felt like home at their guesthouse. The room we had was new and everything was super clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to main bus stand and city centre. Bilal organized a pickup from the airport as well as a drop-off to the bus station. All in all I can say that we had a great stay there. I can absolutely recommend this place.

    I had two very nice stays at Ilham‘s guesthouse. He is a very helpful and attentive host and always willing to give support if needed. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is very central, but at the same time quiet. All major sights are just a short rickshaw ride away. I would definitely stay there again.

    It’s a family guesthouse which makes a pleasant atmosphere. The host of this place is a very nice man with great English, it was a pleasure to have a chat with him. The place is located close to a famous kebab market but the street itself is very quiet which was very positive
