Helena and her team are wonderful and professional. Great location with perfect access to many places of interest in Old City. The apartment was quite clean and had all of the essentials for a comfortable stay. The rooftop balconies are huge. Helena even arranged our ride to the train station at 5am. As someone who hosts guests myself I highly recommend staying here for an affordable and easeful stay.

The View and the Food, Period. Actually I wanted to tell about the cook more than the place. His name is suresh singh, very quite and passionate. Initially you'll feel why is he taking much time to prepare your order, but you'll realize once you taste them. The food was amazing, best sandwich, buttermilk, coffee and poha we ever had. Then comes the view, even though we stayed in a non lake view room, the owner Roshi was very kind to let the guests stay as much as possible at the rooftop, and the view is everything you need. Even the rooms very very clean and the washrooms too. No complimentary breakfast, but the rooftop Cafe makes it up for you. It is located extremely near to lake pichola very easy to roam around and many major attractions are at a walkable distance.
