United StatesAmazing staff, excellent food at the restaurant, unbeatable views! We really enjoyed our stay and everyone was so nice. The hot tub was excellent (large, great view). Our only complaint was related to driving up in the bad weather we encountered. Ended up being 100% worth it- we caught the northern lights and there are plenty of dark areas to view (we walked up to a spot nearby). Nikole and Elena were great hosts! The team also checked road conditions so we could safely leave. They are located in a mountainous area so be careful driving in, especially in winter because the weather is completely different there. The snow while sitting in the hot tub enjoying some wine was magical!
